Our Bouncy™ sinuous (zig zag) springs are a staple of the furniture upholstery craft. These furniture springs are very easy to use and install quickly and easily. When properly installed, they offer the same comfort and support as classic coils, but don't require all the time and effort involved in hand-tying coil springs.
Bouncy™ zigzag springs are available in both cut lengths and uncut reels. The cut lengths range from 16" to 30" for various applications. Reels are 120' in length. Both are available in thicknesses from 8-gauge (very thick and sturdy) to 12-gauge (thin and supple).
Hickory Springs has more than six decades of experience manufacturing top-quality springs, upholstery coils, sinuous wire products, metal components and constructions for the furniture and bedding industries.
